Ingredients To Cook Minted Papaya And Pineapple Salad
- 1/2 red papaya, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, core removed, sliced into wedges
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves, shredded
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yoghurt, to serve
- 2 limes, halved
Steps To Cook Minted Papaya And Pineapple Salad
- Put papaya, pineapple & mint into a large bowl. Toss mildly to blend.
- Divide fruit mixture ‘tween 4 serving bowls. Sprinkle w/ almonds. Top w/ a dollop of yoghurt. Serve with lime.
