The Health Benefits of Orange Fruit
- Orange fruit bears very good amount of vitamin A, and other flavonoid antioxidants like alpha & beta carotenes, beta-cryptoxanthin, zea-xanthin and lutein. These compounds are recognized to have antioxidant attributes. Vitamin A also needed for preserving healthy mucus tissue layers and skin and is also important for vision.
